As a world premiere LEGIC Identsystems Ltd introduces its new multi-ISO Standard compliant contactless smart card system "LEGIC advant" at CeBIT 2003 in Hanover.
The LEGIC advant RFID system has been developed to ideally support the design of access control and other person-related service applications such as time & attendance, cashless payment, parking, identity etc. providing a maximum of security, scalability and cost-effective investment protection.
Due to its advanced security features and ISO & LEGIC RF standard compliance the new LEGIC advant product line is particularly suitable for smart cards used for ticketing or government ID solutions, general access control and related high-security applications, such as IT access and biometrics. Its powerful multiapplication capability allows a plug-and-play-style realisation of multifunctional staff badge or leisure card schemes as used in large-scale ticketing projects.
"The new line will further strengthen LEGIC's position as the preferred technology for single and multifunctional card applications", says Klaus Klosa, Managing Director of LEGIC Identsystems.
Stephen Neff, LEGIC's Vice President Marketing & Sales adds: "LEGIC advant will provide further growth for LEGIC and its global partner network. It allows LEGIC partners to competitively respond to the constantly increasing needs towards standard compliance within the industry."
The LEGIC advant line is a compatible addition to LEGIC's existing product lines LEGIC prime and LEGIC smart.
