Within the framework of the resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting of SCHOELLER-BLECKMANN OILFIELD EQUIPMENT Aktiengesellschaft, which took place on April 19, 2007, the Executive Board was authorized to buy back own shares pursuant to § 65 Par. 1 L. 8 of the Stock Corporation Act at the highest legally permissible level during a period of validity amounting to 18 months starting with the day in which the resolution was passed.
