Denhart as Chief Information Officer and Katrina M. Osio to the new role of Chief Marketing Officer. These appointments underscore MatchNets strategy to aggressively brand and market the online dating communities to the consumer market while having the technological capabilities in place to accommodate our anticipated growth. Ms. Osio has over fifteen years branding, advertising and marketing experience having served as Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions for AOL Time Warner. In the newly created position of Chief Marketing Officer of MatchNet, Katrina oversees all marketing related activities for MatchNet and its brands. Mr. Denhart brings over 22 years technology management experience within the telecommunications and technology industries to MatchNet. Prior to MatchNet, Mr. Denhart was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Information Officer for HomeStore.com, an online real estate marketing company. As Chief Information Officer of MatchNet plc, Dean has responsibility for all technology related activities.
