BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 5, 2005 - Spark Networks plc, a leading provider of online personals services, today reported first quarter 2005 financial results.
Financial Results Revenue for the first quarter of 2005 was $16.5 million, an increase of 10%, compared to $15.1 million, from the same period last year.
The company reported net income of $2.0 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2005, compared to a net loss of $3.0 million, or $0.14 per share, in the same period last year.
EBITDA for the first quarter of 2005 was $3.0 million, compared to an EBITDA loss of $2.2 million in the same period last year.
