Pandatel: CEO Heinrich-J. Kraus to leave the company after
completion of restructuring programs (E)

Following the completion of the restructuring programs implemented in fiscal year 2003 in the areas of Sales/Marketing and Research & Development, Pandatel AG, Hamburg, has announced that CEO Heinrich-J. Kraus is to leave the company.
Kraus put the Development department as well as Sales and Marketing on a new footing and expanded them when he joined the company in November 2002 to further enhance the company's innovative strength and sales and marketing power. Now that these restructuring measures have been successfully implemented, Kraus will join Arcor AG & Co. KG as new Member of the Managing Board, responsible for Sales and Marketing, on April 1, 2004.
Norbert Wienck, long-standing Management Board member, will continue to lead the company as the sole member of the Management Board.
Pandatel AG's Supervisory Board wishes to thank Mr. Kraus for his commitment and hard work.
