Hamburg, January 19, 2005. Pandatel AG (ISIN DE0006916307), listed on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) makes the following
announcement: Effective immediately, Norbert Wienck (CEO), leaves the
company’s management board.

The board members Dr.-Ing. Elke Jahn and Dr.-Ing. Niraj Agrawal would
continue to be part of Pandatel’s management board and take over the
management tasks previously performed by Norbert Wienck.
