the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) announces that by a
resolution of its supervisory board Thomas Becker is appointed as
CFO. Effective immediately, the management board of Pandatel AG is
comprised of Dr.-Ing. Elke Jahn (COO), Dr.-Ing. Niraj Agrawal (CTO)
and Thomas Becker (CFO).
