Pandatel AG (ISIN DE0006916307), listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) makes the following announcement: the Chairman of its Supervisory Board Axel Haas, Trier, and Supervisory Board Member Prof. Dr. Uwe Hannig, Zwickau, resign from their positions effective immediately. The new members will be appointed by court decision shortly for the time remaining until the next Annual General Meeting.
