Hamburg, December 16, 2005. Pandatel AG, a publicly traded company at
the German Prime standard market (ISIN DE0006916307), and a
specialist for the Ethernet and optical networking products,
announces that it has signed a social plan with the Workers’ Council
for its Hamburg location in the course of operations restructuring.
Upon the completion of the restructuring, total number of Pandatel
employees in Germany will probably decrease from current 100 people
to about 30.
