Pandatel AG (ISIN DE0006916307), listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard), makes the following announcement: the Chairman of its Supervisory Board, Dr. Axel Pfeifer, Frankfurt/Main, and its Supervisory Board member Dr. Jozef Straus, Ottawa, Canada, resign from their positions effective 17 December 2006 after the foreseeable failure of the merger with Dowslake Microsystems Corp. The new members will be appointed by court decision shortly.
