Hanover, 3 May 2007. Pandatel AG, (ISIN DE0006916307 - General Standard). Dr. Dan D. Yang, sole executive board member of the company, terminates her position effective 2 May 2007. The supervisory board appointed Juergen Schroeder as her successor.
Dr. Dan D. Yang had announced to resign should the merger fail at the annual general meeting on 29 August 2006 already. In the future she will concentrate on her work for Dowslake Microsystems.
Since last year, the new sole executive board member, Juergen Schroeder has supported PANDATEL AG as adviser. During the past months, he additionally led operations in Germany.
