In the evening of last Friday's (May 11, 2007) annual general meeting, the shareholders present made a motion to adjourn the annual general meeting. This motion was approved by 100% of the capital stock present.
None of the agenda items was voted on. Thus, no decision was taken on the application of the majority shareholder Dowslake Venture Ltd. on liquidation of the company. The company will publish a new convening notice in due time.
