S&T AG is to alter the date of its Annual General Meeting, which had been scheduled for May 6th, 2009, due to the current legal uncertainty arising from the lack of a ruling from the Takeover Commission regarding the ongoing takeover proceedings. As soon as a ruling has been issued by the Takeover Commission, the Management Board will set a new date. The company assumes that the Annual General Meeting will still be held in May 2009 - an invitation will follow in due course.
