The Chairman of our Supervisory Board, lawyer Hans Georg Ahrens, passed away on October 29, 2005 after a serious illness.
Vice Chairman Dipl.-Ing. Hubert Stretz will temporarily assume the position of Supervisory Board Chairman until the next meeting of the Supervisory Board on March 15, 2006.
The present composition of the Supervisory Board will remain unchanged for the time being.
