The Supervisory Board of Sunways AG appointed Mr. Otto Mayer as new 
chairman. Mayer, who is also a shareholder of Sunways AG, has been a 
member of the Supervisory Board of Sunways AG for many years and most
recently held the position of deputy chairman.

Former Supervisory Board chairman Professor Heinz W. Bull passed away
unexpectedly in July 2007.
