e-m-s new media AG has already attained the total last year’s earnings from ordinary business activities within the first three months 2004 (E)

In the first quarter 2004, e-m-s new media group (WKN 521280/ ISIN
DE0005212807) has increased consolidated sales by 29 percent to 4.9
million Euro and realized a new quarterly sales record. EBIT
(earnings before interest and taxes) has increased by 60 percent to 1
million Euro. In the first three month 2004, earnings from ordinary
business activities have achieved the total last year’s amount of 0,9
million Euro. Compared with the same period of last year earnings
from ordinary business activities improved by 63 percent. The results
for the period has increased by 47 percent to 0.9 million Euro. This
is equivalent to earnings per share of 0.04 Euro as of March 31,
2004.
