Cologne, 18 January 2005 - the company announces that 7 February 2005 is the payment date for the special dividend. Previously, 10 February 2005 had been announced as the dividend payment date. Those shareholders whose antwerpes shares are recorded in the securities portfolio at the close of trading on the stock exchange on Friday 4 February 2005 will be credited with the dividend payment, which amounts to 2.50 euro per share, on the next bank working day, 7 February 2005, via the bank which manages their securities portfolio.
