Cologne, 15 June 2005 — The annual general meeting of antwerpes ag, 
Cologne, (ISIN DE0005471007 // Symbol 547100) held on 15 June 2005 
has decided, with 99.99 per cent, to change the name of antwerpes ag 
to DocCheck AG. The change of name is expected to be recorded in the 
Register of Companies in the course of July. DocCheck AG will 
continue to pursue its existing dual brand strategy: antwerpes & 
partner represents the communications services within the group; 
DocCheck focuses on online services via the portal www.doccheck.de.
