Ad hoc Press Release Cologne, 3 August 2005 - At its meeting on 03.08.2005 the Supervisory Board of DocCheck(R) AG has decided to make some changes at Board level. A new appointment to the Board is Helmut Rieger (29). He will take over responsibility on the Board of DocCheck(R) AG for the expansion of e-commerce business within the DocCheck(R) Group. In addition, Helmut Rieger is a managing partner of the subsidiary DocCheck(R) Commerce & Logistik GmbH.
Hermann Korte, who to date has been responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions department, is leaving DocCheck(R) AG on 30.09.2005 at his own request in order to devote himself to his own corporate activities in Eastern Europe. The Supervisory Board thanks Hermann Korte for his successful work within the company which has spanned over five years and wishes him every success for the future. The Mergers & Acquisitions department is being taken over by the Finance Director, Jan Antwerpes.
