Cologne, 19 February 2008 - Today the Board of Directors of DocCheck AG (ISIN DE0005471007) with its registered office in Cologne has, with the approval of the Supervisory Board granted today, decided to call in 260,860 of its own shares with an arithmetical share in the capital stock of EUR 1.00 per share. This corresponds to 4.42 per cent of the capital stock. At the same time the capital stock of DocCheck AG which currently stands at EUR 5,904,312.00 is reduced by EUR 260,860.00, taking it down to EUR 5,643,452.00. After calling in the shares, DocCheck AG still has 427 of its own shares (position as at 19-02-2008). The current share buy-back programme continues.
