Kennedy Parkway, Short Hills, NJ 07078, herewith gives notice pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the total voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Bertha-von-Suttner Strasse 7, 34131 Kassel, has decreased below the threshold of 5% on 15 June 2007, when voting rights reached 4.96%, which totals to 2,044,352 voting shares. All of theses voting rights were attributable to us under Section 22 paragraph 1 sent.1 No 6 WpHG.
