Experience Growth K+S Receives Investment Grade Ratings
The international rating agencies Standard & Poor's and Moody's have given K+S Aktiengesellschaft an "investment grade" rating. Standard & Poor's rates K+S as "BBB+", while Moody's rates it as "Baa2". Both agencies see the outlook as being "stable".
Norbert Steiner, chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of K+S Aktiengesellschaft, is very pleased with this assessment: "Being placed in the
much sought after 'investment grade' category attests to the Group's financial position - with the acquisition of Morton Salt already included," he said. "In view of the difficult environment on the capital markets at present, this good assessment of our creditworthiness continues to enable us to engage in flexible borrowing and therefore to attain our financial targets."
