The Executive Committee of the Supervisory Board of RHI will propose Mr. Thomas Fahnemann as new Chief Executive Officer at the next Supervisory Board Meeting on 27 November 2008. Thomas Fahnemann will follow Andreas Meier in his function starting on 1 January 2009 at the earliest. As announced on 27 October 2008 Mr. Meier will leave the company at his own request. At present Mr. Fahnemann is CEO of Lenzing AG.
