REDEVCO Welcomes GESREP - First Tenant for "LUMION"

REDEVCO Offices Switzerland has signed the first lease agreement for its brand new office development "LUMION". GESREP SA, one of the leading companies providing insurance and financial services in Geneva, is the first tenant who took the opportunity to open high tech offices just two minutes walking distance from Geneva Airport.
Last month GESREP signed a long term lease contract regarding 1.300 sq m office space in the third floor of LUMION. GESREP will open their new offices in April next year; tenant fit-out will start soon. "It is a great pleasure for us to welcome our first client", Michael Wakolbinger the responsible Managing Director of Redevco Central Europe said. The expansion of its business now means it needs to move to larger and more welcoming office premises.
