for 2006 and signs acquisition contract of large-scale laundry

After taking over the operation of seven care facilities and acquiring a large-scale laundry as of January 1st, 2006, CURANUM AG publishes the key figures planned for 2006.
Sales revenues will be increased to EUR 210.6 million (2005e: EUR 187.8 million), EBITDA shall reach a number of EUR 33.1 million (2005e: EUR 25.6 million), representing an EBITDA margin of 15.7 %. CURANUM plans to raise the expected EBIT for the year 2005 of EUR 19.4 million by around 8 million to EUR 27.4 million, EBIT margin then would increase to 13.0 %. The operator of senior and nursing homes plans to increase the pre-tax profit to EUR 20.4 million, earnings after tax shall be boosted to EUR 13.4 million (2005e: EUR 8.5 million). With a total amount of 29.7 million shares, earnings per share would come in at EUR 0.45.
Today the acquisition contract of the large-scale laundry in Rhineland Palatinate was signed by both parties. The contractors arrived at a price of EUR 1.85 million. The laundry will already start washing CURANUM laundry with the beginning of the New Year 2006.
