The corporate Group of Neue Sentimental Film AG takes
over 51 percent of a german film production incorporation

Frankfurt, December 16th, 2004 - The corporate Group of Neue Sentimental Film expands again. The 100 percent affiliated company Neue Sentimental Film Frankfurt GmbH Werbefilmproduktion, Frankfurt, takes over 51 percent of the Wiesbaden-based company Bewegte Zeiten Filmproduktion GmbH.
The acquisition represents the consistent prosecution of the long standing, prosperous cooperation between both companies. The corporate group of Neue Sentimental Film aims to concentrate all courses of business in the field of German TV-production in the corporate body of Bewegte Zeiten Filmproduktion GmbH. Under the management of Stephan Rebelein and Frank Jansen the merger results in high synergy levels for both companies, because of the outstanding reputation as well as the wide experience of the decision-making body.
The new investment contributes to the operating profit of the whole group already in 2004. The actual EBIT margin is between 8 to 10 percent. The sales volume is clearly more than 500.000,-- EUR. Concerning the price of purchase the contracting parties agreed to maintain silence. However it is lower than the fivefold of the EBIT.
About Bewegte Zeiten: Founded as "nimmdrei Filmproduktion" in the year 1993, the companys name changed in 2001 into "Bewegte Zeiten". Actually there are branches in Munich as well as in Los Angeles. The head office is based in Wiesbaden. 8 employees are salaried. The track record includes public broadcasting services like ZDF (Einfach besser kochen, Gottschalk Amerika), 3sat (HITEC, Neues) and KIKA/ BR (Karen in Action). Bewegte Zeiten produces contributions to tv-magazines as well as substantial self-contained tv-formats.
