Frankfurt, February 16, 2006 - Neue Sentimental Film AG (German
Securities Code (WKN) 534 140), a leading international media company
specializing in the production of advertising films and TV formats,
has reinforced its managing board in line with the company’s growth
strategy. Thomas Schwinger-Caspari has moved from the company’s
supervisory board to join its managing board as CFO as of February
15, 2006.

Mr. Schwinger-Caspari previously held the same position with
D.Logistics AG in Hofheim, where he helped the logistics service
provider reach new levels of prosperity. Neue Sentimental Film AG has
made this change to its managing board to meet the challenges posed
by the market. After several years spent working for the auditing
firm KPMG, Thomas Schwinger-Caspari helped D.Logistics AG to overcome
massive debts with a target-oriented business and financial strategy.
Not only that - he also turned around the group’s loss of over EUR 90
million in 2002 to produce substantially positive figures.

Klaus Niemeyer, Neue Sentimental Film AG’s former CFO will remain in
the managing board, and will be responsible for investor relations
and business development together with the CEO Tom Gläser. Board
member Elinor Zervoulacos de la Forge continues to be responsible for
HR, representation and public relations.  During the course of this
reorganization, Mark Gläser, who was previously Neue Sentimental Film
AG’s COO, has left the company. This decision was taken jointly by
both parties, and he has left the company on the very best of terms.
The supervisory and managing boards would like to thank him for his
performance and dedication.
