Frankfurt, March 14, 2006 Frankfurt, The Managing Board of Neue
Sentimental Film AG (WKN (German Securities Code) 534 140; ISIN:
DE0005341408), a Prime Standard company, has, with the approval of
its Supervisory Board, resolved to use its authorized capital
according to Item 4 (3) of its articles of incorporation and to
implement a capital increase without shareholders’ subscription
rights for 969,001 shares.  The shares were placed with Close
Brothers Seydler AG Wertpapierhandelsbank, Frankfurt am Main,
institutional investors and existing shareholders at a price of EUR
1.20 per no-par value share; this corresponds to a total of around
EUR 1.2 million.

The capital increase will be entered in the commercial register of
the Local Court in Frankfurt am Main, and admission of the new shares
will be initiated immediately with the support of CCB Bank AG,
Berlin.  After implementation of the capital increase, the ordinary
share capital will total EUR 10,664,000.00.

This capital increase means that LENA Investment AG, Munich, now
holds an interest of more than 5% of Neue Sentimental Film AG’s share
capital, in excess of the reporting threshold. And that means that
another major investor, in addition to TFG Capital AG
Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft, has placed its trust in the
company.

Thanks to the capital increase Neue Sentimental Film AG has bolstered
its equity base and has created additional latitude for financing its
future organic and external growth.
