Frankfurt am Main, May, 12, 2006 - Neue Sentimental Film AG (German Securities Code (WKN) 534140), a leading international media company specializing in the production of advertising films and TV formats, announces a change to its Managing Board.
Mr. Klaus Niemeyer, who was previously responsible for investor relations, has regrettably decided to pursue new professional challenges. As a result he has offered to resign from his position as a member of the Managing Board. Neue Sentimental Film AG's Supervisory Board has accepted this decision with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Niemeyer for his dedication and commitment. The investor relations department will be taken over by the CFO Mr. Schwinger-Caspari.
