Neue Sentimental Film AG expands its network in Latin America

The Neue Sentimental Film group (ISIN: DE0005341408), a leading international production group for advertising films and TV formats, today acquired a majority interest of 51.7% in "The Lift Mx" in Mexico by exercising its capital increase rights.
The company focuses on multi-regional service production and also produces local films. This equity interest was implemented as a strategic step to penetrate the Spanish-speaking global market. In addition, the acquisition adds several highly regarded Latin American directors to NSF's portfolio. Lift Mx also produces highly successful entertainment formats and is thus an excellent fit in the NSF Group's strategic service range. "The Lift Mx" recorded revenues of approx. EUR 1.3 million in fiscal year 2005. The funds from the capital increase will be used to further expand multi-regional and local business.
