Frankfurt am Main, 29.11.07 - Neue Sentimental Film AG (ISIN: DE0005341408), a leading, international producer of advertising films and TV formats, has confirmed the positive growth it has enjoyed since the start of 2006 with positive net earnings in Q3.
Revenues in the third quarter were up 68% to EUR 9.56 million, compared to EUR 5.69 million in Q3 2006. It was possible to record both positive EBIT of EUR 0.2 million (previous year: EUR 0.0 million) and positive net earnings of EUR 0.1 million (previous year: EUR -0.2 million) thanks to the restructuring and growth programs put in place - and these figures are right on target.
Revenues after the first nine months of 2007 were up 13,1% to EUR 27.06 million, compared to the first nine months of 2006 (EUR 23.92 million), a double-digit figure in line with forecasts. EBIT as of September 30, 2007 totaled EUR 0.1 million (previous year: EUR 0.0 million), and was also positive in line with forecasts.
Net earnings for the period as of September 30, 2007 totaled EUR -0.2 million, a substantial improvement compared to the figure on September 30, 2006 of EUR -0.4 million.
