Neue Sentimental Film AG (ISIN: DE0005341408), a leading, international media company for the production of advertising films and TV formats, has pushed back its General Meeting which had been scheduled for June 9, 2008.
The Company's Managing Board had called a Ordinary General Meeting for Monday, June 9, 2008 at 10.00 am at the Germania Rowing Club, Schaumainkai 65, 60596 Frankfurt am Main and had announced this in the electronic federal gazette on April 30, 2008.
The Managing Board believes that it is pertinent to push the General Meeting back to an as yet undetermined date, as it is now intended to change the name of Neue Sentimental Film Aktiengesellschaft as part of the integration of the Telemaz Group acquired based on an agreement concluded in April 2008, together with the implementation of a so-called dual-brand strategy. As the change to the Company's name is to be implemented during the current year, and as a resolution by the General Meeting is required to change the Company's name, postponing the General Meeting already called for a short period is believed to be a more cost-effective alternative than holding a second, extraordinary General Meeting.
The postponement will be announced in the electronic federal gazette on June 4, 2008. As soon as the new appointment for the Ordinary General Meeting has been set, the meeting will be called and the agenda will be announced in line with proper procedure.
