The Berlin-based venture capital and consulting company RR Capital has acquired (off the stock exchange) part of Petra Felten Geisinger's share package including the existing lock-up obligations as a strategic investor. RR Capital's direct and indirect interests in the NSF Group total 9.57%, thus currently the largest package held by a single shareholder.
RR Capital has already been a strategic adviser to the owners of Telemaz, and has a very far reaching international network in the media sector, which RR Capital is also making available to the extended NSF Group.
RR Capital is a strategic investor and consultant in sectors including the media industry. For example, RR Capital was a transaction and strategy advisor to the largest independent German TV film production company "MME Moviement AG" and for the later sale to the Permira subsidiary "All3Media".
