Jürgen Bertrams has joined Neue Sentimental Film AG's Managing Board as of October 8, 2008, responsible for New Media. Mr. Bertrams was appointed to the Managing Board during NSF AG's Supervisory Board meeting on October 1, 2008. This does not affect the fact that Mr. Bertrams will continue to be Managing Director of TELEMAZ COMMERCIALS.
Jürgen Bertrams has co-owned Düsseldorf-based TELEMAZ COMMERCIALS GmbH since 1987. He formed TELEMAZ COMMERCIALS GmbH in Hamburg together with Petra Felten-Geisinger in 1992. This was followed by the formation of TELEMAZ COMMERCIALS GmbH & Co. KG. in Berlin in 1999. Over the past few years, TELEMAZ COMMERCIALS has grown constantly to become one of Germany's largest production companies for advertising films. The TELEMAZ Group (Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg) has belonged to the Neue Sentimental Film AG holding company since January 1, 2008. Jürgen Bertrams is a major shareholder of the company and holds 1,200,000 shares.
