CCMX Joins IBM's ISV Advantage Initiative to Help SMB Customers in ERP and HR - Companies to Offer Open, e-business on Demand Solutions
Paris (ots)
CCMX, a vendor offering business management software for the mid-market, accounting software solution for chartered accountants and human resource (HR) software for small and medium business (SMB) has joined IBM's ISV Advantage Initiative, a program designed to provide independent software vendors (ISVs) with technical and marketing support to help meet the specific information technology (IT) needs of small and medium business (SMB) companies. Customers are seeking solutions that help them better integrate processes and applications internally and externally and allow them to quickly respond to changing market opportunities on demand.
eWS is a CRM extension to chartered accountants' back office solutions, offering them a full professional and personalized e-business portal. RH Place is a collaborative platform of applications and services. RH integrates and coordinates the exchanges (information, functions, services) between actors in a flexible and completely customizable space.
Enabling eWS and RH Place on IBM DB2 Universal Database and WebSphere Application Server will help CCMX expand into the SMB market faster and more effectively than is possible with proprietary platforms.
"ISV Advantage is a compelling initiative allowing CCMX to combine forces with IBM for specific large-scale programmes," said Florence Desprets, Marketing Director of CCMX.
"We are pleased that CCMX has joined ISV Advantage and is committed to IBM as a partner of choice," said Lesley Norris, director of ISV & Developer Relations, IBM Europe, Middle East, and Africa. "IBM recognizes the value CCMX brings and we are dedicated to working together to develop open solutions that best serve our medium sized business customers."
The IBM WebSphere and DB2 family includes products that are designed and priced specifically for small and medium businesses -- easy to install and manage, scalable to grow with a business, rich in functionality, and based on open standards to allow integration with existing software and hardware platforms.
CCMX will also work closely with IBM to expand its visibility in target vertical industries through various co-marketing and sales activities.
ISV Advantage is administered by PartnerWorld for Developers, the developer resource for IBM Business Partners. It is a worldwide program designed to help software developers reach broader markets, lower their costs of doing business, and take their products to market faster.
