Paris (ots/PRNewswire)
Valeo's Board of Directors, which met today, has co-opted Helle Kristoffersen as an independent director, replacing Veronique Morali who resigned in light of her new functions. This co-optation will be submitted for ratification at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

It considers that it is in the Group's interest to explore this, in a preliminary and non-exclusive manner, while examining at the same time other strategic options.
