Please be aware that Schroders plc. is the parent company of Schroder Administration Limited, which itself is the parent company of Schroder Investment Management Limited. The registered address for all three companies is 31 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QA, United Kingdom.
In accordance with § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG Schroders plc, London, UK, have informed us that their shareholding in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, went above the 3% treshold and amounted to 3.21% (1,063,121 shares) on April 30, 2007. These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Schroders plc pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 and S. 2 and S. 3 WpHG.
In accordance with § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG Schroder Administration Limited, London, UK, have informed us that their shareholding in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, 2007 went above the 3% treshold and amounted to 3.21% (1,063,121 shares) on April 30, 2007. These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Schroder Administration Limited pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 and S. 2 and S. 3 WpHG.
