Resolution Performance Products LLC Announces VeoVa Capacity Increase in Moerdijk, The Netherlands

Resolution Performance Products LLC (RPP) announced today that it will implement a project to debottleneck its Moerdijk VeoVa(TM) Vinylester capacity by approximately 15% before the end of 2005. "This project will support the continued strong demand for VeoVa world-wide and illustrates RPP's commitment to continue to grow its Versatics Business," says Ed Hoozemans, Vice-President for RPP's Versatics Business.
"Feedstock for the expanded VeoVa-capacity is being provided by the successful expansion of Versatic Acids capacity in Pernis with low capital requirements," added Ed Hoozemans. "Our next priority after implementing this project is to finalize plans for further additional VeoVa capacity to provide product for geographic growth outside Europe as well as for newly developing applications."
