The announcement marks the expansion of Loudeye and its OD2 services into Portugal, extending its global reach across 17 countries.
Portugal Telecom is launching a new broadband entertainment channel on its SAPO Networks, including a complete branded digital music store powered by Loudeye's OD2 services. The store, which is live today and available through www.sapo.pt, will feature music from all four major labels and many independent labels.
