Withdrawal of the Announcement acc. to § 26 para. 1 WpHG of March 1, 2007
On March 8, 2007, Mr. Hans Dieter Rössler, Germany, informed us of the withdrawal of his notification of voting rights dated February 26, 2007 according to article 41, section 4a WpHG. His voting rights on curasan AG (ISIN DE 000 549 453 8 / WKN 549453), Kleinostheim, Germany did not pass the threshold of 30 %. His voting rights continued to be above 30 % and amounted to 36.99 % (2,127,000 voting rights).
Amendment of the Announcement acc. to § 26 para. 1 WpHG of March 2, 2007
On March 8, 2007, Mr. Hans Dieter Rössler, Germany, informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that on February 28, 2007 his voting rights on curasan AG (ISIN DE 000 549 453 8 / WKN 549453), Kleinostheim, Germany fell below the threshold of 30 % and amounted to 26.99 % (1,552,000 voting rights) on that day.
