The AvW Group has increased its holding in C-Quadrat (C8I.DE) to more than ten per cent. The interest in the fund specialist C-Quadrat is regarded as a long-term strategic investment. Investment in C-QUADRAT further develops AvW´s position in the financial sector C-QUADRAT - the fund company is an independent asset management company which is primarily active in Austria, Germany and the CEE countries. Established in 1991,C-QUADRAT´s own capital investment company received a banking licence in 2003. C-QUADRAT has made a name for itself throughout Europe with the analysis and management of investment funds and by devising structured products. With its newly acquired interest in C-QUADRAT, AvW intends to further strengthen and expand its position in the financial sector.
