Dettingen/Erms (euro adhoc) - Dettingen/Erms (Germany), April 12, 2011 +++ The ElringKlinger AG, based in Dettingen/Erms, Germany, will see a change to the composition of its Supervisory Board as of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 31, 2011.
Dr. Rainer Hahn, former Managing Director of Robert Bosch GmbH, has announced that he will be stepping down from his post upon conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
Dr. Margarete Haase, member of the Management Board of Deutz AG, will be put forward as a candidate to be elected by the company's shareholders.
Dr. Haase oversees the areas of Finance, Human Resources and Investor Relations at Deutz. She has in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.

In putting forward Dr. Haase as a possible candidate for election onto the Supervisory Board, ElringKlinger AG has also responded to the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Code with regard to diversity. Were Dr. Haase to be elected by the Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2011, two of the twelve Supervisory Board members would be women. Furthermore, as Dr. Haase is an Austrian citizen, the Supervisory Board would comprise four members of non- German nationality.
