Karlsruhe, 24th October 2011. In the period between October 17th and October
21st 2011 init innovation in traffic systems AG bought back a total of 2,096
shares of init innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN DE0005759807) at an
average price of EUR 16.4784 per share.
This ongoing acquisition is based on the Adhoc release as of September 19th
2011. The acquisition was carried out by the assigned bank, Commerzbank AG, on
