Hard Rock International Launches Its New Menu in Europe

- New Menu Adds Global Flair With Rock 'n' Roll Garnish
Hard Rock International will rock your palate this spring with the company's new food and drink menu. As the brand prepares to celebrate its 34th anniversary, Hard Rock is reinforcing its dedication to deliver the ultimate dining experience by announcing it has revitalised its menu. Adding new items with global appeal, Hard Rock is also revamping the menu's look, combining its delectable food with a history of the greatest collection of rock 'n' roll memorabilia and the story behind some of its pieces including Eric Clapton's guitar, John Lennon's "Remember Love" drawing and Jimi Hendrix's childhood rocking horse.
Arriving in Hard Rock Cafe locations in select European markets and across the U.S. on May 9 (with a worldwide launch later this summer), the menu will feature authentic new items with a true rock 'n' roll flair, including guitar great Joe Perry's Quesadillas. Perry has been creating original "licks" as Aerosmith's lead guitarist for more than 30 years and with his approval, Hard Rock chefs have developed the quesadilla dish, consisting of a flour tortilla dusted with chili powder and grilled on each side. Putting the filler in this thriller is Monterey Jack cheese and seasoned chicken or steak tossed with grilled pineapple and Joe's Mango Peach Tango hot sauce, made with fresh peppers, mangos, peaches, onions, garlic, lime juice and red wine vinegar. The quesadilla is served with a hot tropical fruit salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
Hard Rock International's specialty will continue to be its line of burgers with the new 280 gram Legendary Burger, topped with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and a crispy homemade onion ring, all served on a one-of-a-kind roll, made with real GUINNESS(R). The Legendary Burger is served fresh, made to order and dished up with french fries. Another new addition to Hard Rock's line of burgers is the Stormy Blue Burger (a lightly seasoned burger with crumbled blue cheese and creamy horseradish sauce).

Additional new menu items with worldwide influence include: - Wings Around the World, (chicken wings tossed in world-class sauces from three areas around the globe, made from scratch in each cafe) - Tuscan Chicken Salad (grilled chicken salad with an Italian flair) - Ahi Tuna Steak Sandwich (a favorite from Hard Rock Cafes Honolulu, Kona and Maui) - Texas Chili (homemade in each cafe)
The new menu will feature "no-nonsense" pricing as Hard Rock International has moved to whole number pricing, which will also give a more streamlined presentation to the customer.
Hard Rock International has also upgraded its drink menu, offering only top-shelf cocktails. One new addition to the drink menu is the Mighty Mango Mary made with Joe Perry's Mango Peach Tango Hot Sauce, Bloody Mary Mix and ABSOLUT.
