Zug/Switzerland, 24th May 2006 - Fortune Management Inc., (General
Standard, ISIN USU026281027, SIN A0BLYY) today received approval to
list its shares on the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX).
Fortune is the first European Company to list on the DIFX in Dubai.

The secondary listing stands parallel to the present listing of the
Company on the General Standard (Regulated Market) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange. The secondary listing will not be combined with any
capital market issue. Trading in the shares of Fortune Management on
the DIFX starts on 1st June 2006.

Fortune has been active in Dubai for three years and is currently
preparing the launch of several Private Equity Funds as well as the
further expansion of its Wealth Management activities in the region,
for which the Company considers the listing a cornerstone.
Institutional Investors in the Middle East expect their business
partners to have a recognised presence in the financial community in
the region. At the same time Fortune positions itself to attract a
new group of investors.

The Middle East and specifically Dubai are rapidly gaining importance
in the international business community. The fiscal environment as
well as the recent economic developments has turned Dubai into one of
the most attractive financial markets and investment centres. Dubai
has expanded its gross domestic product in 2005 by 16%. The
accumulated wealth in the region is estimated to be in excess of
1’300 Billion USD. Since formation of the DIFX in Dubai in 2005 more
than 6 Billion EUR have been raised by public capital offerings.
