according to §15 WpHGFORTUNE closes EUR 30'000'000 million financing with institutional investors
Zug/Switzerland, August 15, 2007 - FORTUNE Management Inc. (General Standard, ISIN USU026281027, USU026281365, USU026281779; SIN: A0BLYY, A0ETG9, A0JC62), through a subsidiary, has issued loan notes for a total of EUR 30'000'000 to institutional investors. All of the board of directors as well as management has participated in this offering.
The transaction has been arranged by Foundry Capital, a specialized investment and advisory firm.
The loan notes are issued in 30 integral multiples of EUR 1'000'000 and pay interest at a fixed 8.5% p.a. and mature 2011. Alongside the notes, Fortune has issued a total of 30 warrants with each having the right to subscribe to 476.190,48 shares of Fortune Management Inc. at an exercise price of EUR 2.10 per share. The exercise price is payable through return of the loan notes.
