Zug/Switzerland, Mai 19 2008 - FORTUNE Management Inc. (General Standard, ISIN USU026281027; SIN: A0BLYY) informs, that it has initiated reorganization measures some considerable time ago. These include cost reductions and sales of assets, as well as further financing measures.
In the ongoing Principal Investment Asset Management sale process, the company has already received several purchase offers which are currently being evaluated.
According to the restructuring concept, the Principal Investment GATE Biodiesel will be spun off and operatively managed by a specialized consulting company. Intensive negotiations with banks and creditors from the issued bonds and the promissory notes have been started simultaneously and are still in progress.
All these measures aim at securing the tight liquidity of the Fortune Group and of its direct and indirect subsidiary and portfolio companies also in the future.
