Zug/Switzerland, 10 July 2008 - FORTUNE Management Inc. (General Standard, ISIN USU026281027; SIN: A0BLYY) announces that it has been served a complaint by HLSP Holdings Corp. (Puerto Rico), in liquidation, for alleged damages in the amount of at least EUR 40 million for an alleged delay in listing of shares. The director of HLSP Holdings Corp. is Mr Jack Takacs, the former President of FORTUNE Management Inc. FORTUNE Management Inc. is convinced that the complaint will be unsuccessful and will defend itself vigorously. Reference is also made to the Addendum Nr. 1 of 14 February 2007 to the Listing Prospectus of FORTUNE Management Inc. in which the company disclosed similar allegations by Mr Takacs personally, which Mr Takacs never pursued.
