A0BLYY) announces that in connection with the restructuring of
FORTUNE Management Inc. the holders of the 7% Partial Bonds issued by
FORTUNE Management Inc. in April 2006 (WKN A0GQ9H/ISIN DE000A0GQ9H5)
(the "Bonds") a Bondholders´ Meeting was held on 13 August 2008
pursuant to the Bond terms and the provisions of the Act on the
Common Rights of Bondholders ("SchVeschrG") in which the terms and
conditions of the Bonds in accordance with the proposed resolutions
of FORTUNE Management Inc. were amended in the form as announced in
the notice of the Bondholders´ Meeting as published on 24/25 July
2008 in the Börsen-Zeitung.The amended terms provide inter alia that as of 13 August 2008 no interest shall be owed until the end of the term of the Bonds, which has been extended until 13 August 2011, abrogation of the obligation to pay an agio by amortisation, the partial release of securities and that the termination rights of Bondholders are restricted.
In addition, Mr Borgwardt, lawyer with residence in Hamburg was elected as the common representative of the Bondholders.
The resolutions of the Bondholders´ Meeting were principally made under the condition subsequent (auflösend bedingt) and are void if the Restructuring Agreement, mentioned in a previous Ad-hoc- Message is terminated.
