11 December 2008 - Fortune Wealth Management Group S.A., the Holding of the Wealth Management Division of Fortune Management Inc. (General Standard, ISIN USU026281027, SIN: A0BLYY) has sold its participation in the Geneva and Bahamas based asset managers Van Daalen & Cie SA and Van Daalen International Ltd. back to the original sellers of these businesses. According to the contract, the purchase price will not be disclosed. After an institutional buyer, with whom Fortune Management Inc. had signed a contract for the sale of the entire Wealth Management Division, failed to perform under the contract, the company started to sell-off the parts of the segment. These efforts are all part of the Restructuring agreed and on-going with the company´s creditors. Further negotiations for the sale of additional parts of the Division are on-going.
